RETURNING FOR A REFUND

30 Day Returns

  • Returnable items can be returned within 30 days of purchase, excluding helmets which are returnable within 7 days of receiving.
  • Returnable items will be refunded minus original shipping charges where applicable.
  • Refunds will be returned to your original payment method and can take up to 5 business days to be processed once the item has been received.
  • Once your refund is processed, it can take 3-5 business days for the funds to return to your account, depending on your financial institution.
  • All shipping costs for returns are at the customer’s expense, excluding warranties or items supplied incorrectly or not as described.
  • We recommend when returning goods to use a trackable service. MotoHUB will not accept accountability for any lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed orders being returned to us.
  • Please return all goods to MotoHUB Unit 7, 4 Victoria Ave CASTLE HILL, NSW, 2154 with the return form below.

Return Terms and Conditions.

All items must be returned in the same condition as they were supplied, tags attached (where applicable) original undamaged packaging, brand new, not used or installed, and only “tried on” with regards to apparel.

Please ensure that all manufacturers packaging is protected when returning goods, i.e. helmets, boots and any other products manufacturers packaging to be put inside a bag or another box to ensure they are not damaged or have tape and/or shipping labels applied directly to them.

Please see the list below for things to avoid to ensure your return is accepted:

  • Please do not place return labels directly onto the manufacturer’s original packaging.
  • When trying on boots, please do not stand on your foot pegs as some sharp pegs can mark/damage boot soles, and your return/exchange might not be accepted.
  • Please ensure all returned apparel items are free from marks, stains, pet hair or rips as they may not be accepted for return if received soiled or damaged (unless received faulty).
  • Due to health & hygiene regulations, we are unable to accept returns on any undergarments, face masks or bandanas unless faulty.
  • ALL SALES OF CLEARANCE ITEMS ARE  FINAL. THERE IS NO EXCHANGE OR REFUND ON CLEARANCE ITEMS UNLESS FAULTY.

Some items cannot be returned unless faulty or not-as-described (no returns on these items due to change of mind, wrong fitment, or incorrect installation) these include special ordered spare parts not on our website, pre-ordered M4 Exhausts, clearance and electrical items.

Any return that is not in an acceptable condition will be sent back at the expense of the customer. Please ensure all items are in a new & resaleable condition to avoid your return being rejected.

Helmet Returns

When trying on helmets please ensure your face is free of makeup, sunscreen or anything that has the potential to stain the internals of the helmet. Helmet returns will not be accepted if the helmet has been worn (other than just tried on), scratched or damaged in any way. If we believe that the shell of the helmet has been compromised in any way, we will not accept the return. Helmet exchanges are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are not approved until assessed by a member of our online sales team or supplier and deemed resalable. All helmets returned for exchange or refund must be returned within 7 days of receiving.

Damaged or Faulty Items

  • Please contact our Online Team via email at: onlineorders@motohub.com.au before sending back any faulty items to be refunded, repaired, or replaced. Please attach images of the fault so our team can assess the item before a return is approved.
  • If the item is deemed to be faulty, a pre-paid return label will be sent to cover the freight costs of the return. Faulty items may be returned outside of the regular return time frames providing the item is still under warranty. Please contact our friendly customer service team for warranty periods.
  • We try to process all returns within 5 business days of receiving.
  • All warranties and not final until they have been accessed once received.
  • If an item is assessed to have a major fault, you have the right to ask for a replacement or refund. If the item purchased is found to have a minor defect, we reserve the right to offer a free repair instead, which does not affect your rights under consumer law.

Please note, some faults must be approved by the manufacturer before a refund or replacement can be issued. In this case, we will keep you informed via email.

EXCHANGES

All exchangeable items must be returned in the same condition as they were supplied, tags attached (where applicable) original undamaged packaging, brand new, not used or installed, and only “tried on” with regards to apparel.

Shipping Costs for Sending Your Replacement Items

  • If your order was eligible for free shipping, MotoHUB will send your replacement item free shipping for the first exchange.
  • If shipping was payable on your original order, a shipping charge will be payable for your replacement item at the shipping value for the item/items to your destination.
